Encourage a healthy lifestyle for your kids by participating in this healthy-family
5K at Prince George’s Community College, just 30 minutes from Washington, D.C.
More than just exercise, this event includes chef demonstrations on healthy cooking
and eating, too. The walk begins at 9 a.m., and the program runs until 2 p.m.
