Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with this craft kit for children
ages 5-12 with books, resources and materials for a papel picado
banner and a marigold. Kits are available on a first-come-first-
serve basis at the children’s reference desk at the Martin Luther
King Jr. Memorial Library in Washington, D.C.
